The Double Room was decent but definitely showing its age. It was clean for the most part, though a bit dusty due to ongoing renovations. The toilet had a constant running issue, which was annoying. Amenities were okay, but I did notice some peeling paint in spots. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep, but the overall vibe just felt kind of subpar. Not the typical Holiday Inn experience, that's for sure.

The hotel is right in the middle of everything we needed for our big family gathering. With 20 family members staying here, we loved the comfortable accommodations and enjoyed the variety of breakfast options each morning. The staff was friendly, making our stay even better.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could be more kid-friendly, especially with some more options for picky eaters.

The hotel is pet-friendly, a detail that is very appealing for those traveling with pets. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day.
There were several concerning issues during the stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which resulted in some amenities like the pool being closed, impacting the overall experience. Parking was a hassle due to a job fair, with applicants taking up space including handicapped spots, which made unloading feel uncomfortable. Additionally, finding cleanliness issues like a roach and stains in the bathroom was disappointing.

The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast had some good options. the scrambled eggs and crispy bacon were highlights, while the packaged gravy could use improvement. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which was a hassle as I was on the third floor. Additionally, the breakfast staff was unfriendly, detracting from an otherwise pleasant stay.
